Infinity Foods are proud to announce that we are now the UK's main point of contact for Roux Pecans. Roux's Ramah pecan orchard is situated on the lush banks of The Orange River in South Africa.
The Roux Family first started planting their pecan orchard in 1973, which at the time was a pioneering and unconventional decision. The orchard has continued thriveand by 2009 it has expanded to cover an area of 163 acres.
In 1997 Roux gained organic certification from Ecocert and Bio-Sussie and has since gone on to be credited by the Soil Association here in the UK.
